The Technical Procurement position is a critical part of the Operations team driving the purchasing and vendor management as well as supporting general Operations functions. This position requires a solid understanding of the sales order process and drives order fulfillment to ensure on time delivery to customers while ensuring all procedures and processes are followed. The successful candidate requires only general supervision, ability to multitask and work independently to achieve the position goals. Strong communication skills with both external and internal customers and vendors are necessary as well as strong organizational skills are required to ensure work is accurate and able to meet established deadlines.

TOPTICA Photonics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for daily financial tasks such as recording transactions, tracking employee expense reports and processing reimbursements, assisting with month-end close process and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The Staff Accountant will also help with tax preparation, financial audits, and inventory control. 

This is a critical role within TOPTICA Americas office in Rochester, New York. The Application Technician will provide in-the-lab demonstrations to prove that TOPTICA’s laser systems meet the requirements of customers’ applications, particularly in target markets like interferometry, holography, and semiconductor inspection, or in bio photonics and microscopy.
